Mister Hot Shine, the national car wash and lube center chain, is joining the roster of new clients at Multimedia Plus, a technology-driven creative services firm that develops communications solutions for the world’s leading brands. The company has retained Multimedia to roll out a customized communications program using Bring Your Own Content (B.Y.O.C.) from QuizScore.

B.Y.O.C. takes existing video, multimedia, and additional existing content and wraps it in a shell with a tie-in to Multimedia Plus’s proprietary QuizScore backend.

Mister Hot Shine first opened in 1969 in Houston, Texas, and has flourished into the largest full-service car wash and lube center chain in the United States. Car Wash Partners was founded in 1996 by Brown, McMillan & Co. to “roll up” the fragmented car wash industry and create the first national car wash company through acquisitions. In 2007, the company was acquired by ONCAP, a mid-market private equity firm, which has since allowed the company to double in size. The company currently has 128 car washes and 32 lube centers in 13 states throughout the country.
