Finnegan is currently VP Ann Taylor Factory/Loft Outlet Stores, and brings wisdom and experience in the retail industry from holding executive-level positions at New York & Company, GAP Inc., Saks Fifth Avenue, and The Limited. Finnegan also serves as an advisor and mentor at XRC Labs Accelerator.

Finnegan is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience contributing to the vision and strategy of retail and customer facing technology companies. Currently, he is VP Ann Taylor Factory/Loft Outlet Stores. He is also currently a mentor and start-up advisor at XRC Labs where he supports the acceleration and innovation of retail and consumer goods. Previously, he was EVP, Global Sales & Operations, Restructuring, Omnichannel Expansion, Ecommerce Integration, at New York & Company. Prior he was EVP at Limited Brands, where he was responsible for leading the merger of two major retail brands (Structure and Express) into the singular Express brand. Finnegan also held senior executive positions as SVP at Old Navy, VP at GAP Inc., and executive retail management roles at Saks Fifth Avenue.
